This is a reservation system for the August 8th -Rt. 11Yard Crawl spaces. Our spaces are approximately 20 x 20 in size (between speaker poles). By reserving a space at the Yard crawl, you can set up and sell any item (except the following- Food, drinks, live animals, firearms, bootlegged movie dvd's or music). Sales spaces will be available to set up on Saturday, August 8th at 5 AM in the morning. Sales will begin at sunrise and vendors can sell through out the day until 4 PM. All vendors must disassemble and be off theatre property by 5 PM so that we can turn the theatre around that night for movies.
Our facility offers off street access and parking, a full concession stand that will be available during the day with breakfast and lunch menus; public restrooms and facility security.
You may reserve more than one space (if needed) We will allow you to have multiple spaces together so that all your sales items are together.
